Located approximately 99 steps from public beach access, Fiesta Sol #216 offers a pool, private patio, in-unit washer & dryer for your convenience, Smart Flat Screen TVs for your apps, plus a fully equipped kitchen ready to cool great family meals — all within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, mini golf, arcades, go-karts, and local entertainment.

The beach access is located on the east side of Padre Blvd so you do not need to cross the busy four-lane road to have your toes in sand.
THE SPACE
This second-floor walk-up condo features a comfortable, intelligent floor plan with a large living room that flows into the kitchen and adjacent private patio.
While not a luxury property, the condo is tastefully decorated, fairly updated, and kept very clean.
The living room provides space to unwind after the beach for family movie nights or board games (yes, we provide them).
Guests may also enjoy the community pool at Fiesta Sol after a day on the beach and do a final wear out of the kiddos before bed. Please ask on pool hours
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for preparing meals & creating great family memories.
Cooking at home can save time and money while still enjoying a relaxed beach vacation.
The living room and both bedrooms include Smart flat screen TVs for your favorite streaming apps.
WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur. A cell phone hotspot is recommended if work is required.
For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Maximum occupancy is 7 guests including children and infantsThis condo offers generous sleeping space for a 2-bedroom layout.
While we allow up to 7 people, the condo is most comfortable at that max occupancy with children in the count. We want you to happy, and 7 adults we do not feel will be optimal.
If you plan on using the trundle bed or sleeper sofa, please bring additional bedding. Otherwise clean, fresh towels & lines are provided.
BEACH ACCESS
Public beach access is approximately just 99 steps away.
Many guests bring a wagon if transporting beach gear or pop-up shade tents, though beach toys and towels are not provided.
Charcoal grills are not allowed at the property, but grilling is permitted on South Padre Island public beaches.
PARKING
The property includes free parking for:
• 1 large SUV or 4-door truck
• OR 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem
• OR 1 SUV and 1 golf cart
Unfortunately, guest parking is not available so plan accordingly
If additional parking is needed, nearby options include the post office or Gulf Blvd public street parking.

Please understand:
• The condo is a 2nd floor walk-up with stairs and no elevator
• The property is not a luxury unit, though it has updates and is kept very clean
• The focus of this property is location and walkability and the best reasons to book

Our office is located at 2600 Padre Blvd, and South Padre Trips will answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for added security and convenience.
SUPPLIES
Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided but not replenished nor unlimited
As previously mentioned, fresh, clean linens and bath towels are provided and for stays 3 nights or more we do offer complimentary linen and towel exchange at the South Padre Trips office.

Wonderful place to stay, very clean, close to the bleach and walkable to mainly stores/activities, gave great recommendations, and having a pool was a plus! definitely recommend!

Our stay with wonderfull. Everything looked practically brand new. The rooms were spacious and clean everything that we needed was there. The location was located in central of the Island close to grocery stores and other places to go visit. Hilda should be considered a super host always responds within minutes. When we go back we plan to go with Hilda again at the same location.

It was a lovely condo. Updated bathrooms and fresh decor. Very clean and bright. Plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living room, and the beds were comfortable. More than enough linens and towels. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver. It was only a block away from the beach, so VERY walkable. The second bedroom was warm. My boys were a bit uncomfortable at night. I think this is a known issue, as they did supply a fan in that room which helped. The kitchen would be great if it had pot holders, actual coffee mugs (the ones provided were espresso size) and more than one mixing/serving bowl. The water temp in the showers was temperamental. It would not stay consistent. Lastly, the pool was disappointing. It’s much older/run down than the picture shows. None of these except for the pool was a deal breaker, would have just made it a 5 star instead of a 4 for us.
