WHY TWO HOMES WORK SO WELL
This is the setup big groups wish they could find. Picture a brother and sister bringing their husbands, wives and kids, or grandparents, parents and grandkids all on one trip. Everyone is together for beach days, pool afternoons and dinner on the patio. When it's nap time, bedtime or just time for a little quiet, each family heads back to its own townhome with its own front door. You get one big reunion without anyone stepping on each other's toes.
THE MAIN FLOORS
Each townhome has its own bright, clean and open first floor, remodeled for discerning tastes in this newer build. In both living rooms you'll find a huge sectional and a large flat-screen Smart TV, so you can log in to your own apps or have the big game on in two places at once. Board games are waiting on both sides for screen-free nights with the kiddos.
That means two fully equipped kitchens with all the pots, pans and dishes you need. One family can handle breakfast while the other plans dinner, and cooking in saves time and money. Each side has an eat-in counter with stools and a dining room table for the overflow. There's a half bath on the main floor of each home, which comes in handy when everyone is in and out from the pool and backyard.
THE POOL AND BACKYARD
This is where both families come together. Slide open either back door onto a covered patio, out of the sun with the pool just steps away. When you book the whole home, the pool and the privately fenced backyard are yours alone. There's ample room for everyone, a cornhole set ready for a family tournament, and a separate BBQ grill for each side, perfect for a cook-off. Please bring your own LP propane, as it isn't provided.
THE BEDROOMS AND BATHS
Upstairs in each townhome are three bedrooms and two full baths, so that's six bedrooms and four full baths in total, plus the two half baths downstairs. Each side has a master bedroom with a king bed and its own en suite full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed system with a twin over a full, plus a pull-out twin trundle. The third bedroom has two full-size beds. The hall bath on each side has a modern, welcoming walk-in shower to match the rest of these relatively new homes.
That's six beds per side, twelve in all, and we provide an airbed and pump for each townhome, bringing you to fourteen. The two oversized sectionals are not sleeper sofas, but they're plenty big for a late-night straggler. Fresh, clean linens and all towels are provided for the beds. If anyone will use an airbed or a couch, please bring bedding for them.
BRINGING THE DOGS
Ling by the Beach welcomes up to 4 dogs when you book the whole home. The fenced backyard gives them room to stretch their legs, and the beach is only half a block away for a morning walk. Please tell us about your dogs when you book so we can have everything ready as pet fees do apply.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Being able to walk to dozens of bars & restaurants might be the best reason to book here. Park your cars and you won't need them again until checkout.
Tequila Sunsets, BOBS (bar on the bay, best sunsets on the Island), Louie's Backyard, Viva Fine Dining, Meatball Café for great Italian as well as gluten-free pizza & pastas, Dairy Queen, Liam's Steakhouse on the Bay & more. All less than 4 blocks away.
GOOD TO KNOW
As stated we do have space for four vehicles and a golf cart is included in that count. Bringing more than 4 vehicles? Contact our office before you arrive and we'll try to help with off-site options, though it's not guaranteed. There is no street parking here

We do security patrol this property for parties, noise, etc. Please understand these homes are set up for families
Need even more room? We have multiple units on the island close by, in addition and can rent you more than a few. Inquire, we would love to help you out!
High-speed WiFi is included in both townhomes. Please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so if you must do work, come prepared with a hot spot on your phone in case it goes down. For this reason we do not discount nor reimburse for no internet or no WiFi. This is an island.

POLICIES
Primary guest must be 25 or older. Guests under 25 require approval prior to booking and an additional and substantial refundable damage deposit, IF it is possible; we must clear this first. The maximum allowed is 24 people, and infants as well as toddlers are included in that head count.
A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in.
Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at night.

We PRO-clean between every reservation. Not a quick clean-up, it is done right, and that is a real bonus you cannot find with a mom and pop host :)
Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided but not replenished nor unlimited, so come prepared. For stays of 3 nights or more, complimentary linen and towel exchange is available at our office. The public beach access point is about a half block down the street. It's very convenient.
