The Space:
Our condo is super duper family friendly at Fiesta Sol and is a ground-floor space with a front patio and private back patio that overlooks the pool area. The condo is located just ½ block from public beach access point of number 7, and such a short walk to the entertainment district, offering dozens of bars and restaurants that makes it an unbeatable choice at this price!
This approximately 950 sq ft condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and an airbed in the living room (please bring bedding if you plan on using). The condo can accommodate up to 7 guests.
After a big day at the beach, there is a pool you can see from the ground-floor patio in the back, perfect your kids to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, and dishes for easy meal prep with an eat-in counter and dining table which definitely saves some money on your beach vaca
The condo has undergone many updates, but please note it is not a brand new nor fully remodeled on the inside, nor is the building itself luxurious. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and there is internet/WiFi available for work or entertainment. We just want to accurately describe the space.
Off-street parking is available for 1 regular-sized cars front to back. There is no guest parking here, so if you have extra cars you can try to find a spot along Gulf Blvd which is City Owned street parking, or consider the InterModel Transportation center that offers free parking.
Our condo is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs and carries a slight pet fee of $75 per pet. Please review the house rules regarding pets. Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.
The property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 Open M-F 9 am to 5 pm for assistance should you need it.
Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking as we have a strict cancel policy here due to high demand during the high season. Ask questions before you book to avoid disappointments later.
The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements may apply.
We require an E-sign rental agreement and a photo ID after booking for age verification before check-in.
Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied

El alojamiento esta a una cuadra de la playa me pareció genial, todo estaba limpio sabanas, almohadas, baño y muebles, la alberca genial, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario, hay cosas que pudieran mejorar, en cuanto llegamos y entramos percibimos un olor a humedad que no se quito ni poniendo antiolores, duro toda la estadia, no quisimos ventilar para q no se fueran a meter insectos, las camas rechinan demasiado por lo que no me senti cómodo en ellas, al cuarto de las literas tuvimos q dejar la puerta abierta o el aire no llegaba hasta ahi, no estaba permitido moverle a la temperatura, la conexión de wifi es demasiado lenta, habia una puerta de la cocina safada, las persianas al frente estaban incompletas y y el drenaje del patio estaba tapado por lo q el agua se iba al patio contiguo, eso no me molesto pero por el contrato q se firma, lo tuve q reportar al llegar de que asi lo recibimos, por ultimo no tiene lavadora ni secadora pero eso si venia especificado en el anuncio.

Overall, it is a good location and a good place to stay. I did not like the beds, but everybody has a preference. The bunk beds were squiky and, to me, uncomfortable, but the place did have a back area in which you can have a small cookout (grill not included). All of the rest was in working condition. If you plan on using the back walkway, you do have to note that you are probably using the neighbors' walkway and the grass to get to the back walkway.

We’ve been to south padre several times. Coming from west Texas it’s a welcome break from the desert. We love staying here, this building is ideally located for going anywhere on the island or in port Isabel. Very easy access to the beach about a 5 minute walk away. This condo is very clean and is a good size for a family, having 2 bedrooms 2 baths is a great size. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family and need space for everyone. Also the building is quiet and mostly families staying here so it’s quite comfortable when we’re there with our kids knowing that it’s family friendly.

This was the perfect spot for our family. It had everything we needed for our trip. The master bedroom did run very warm compared to the rest of the place, but there were fans provided that helped a lot. We had a lovely stay!

The place was perfect! Location was ideal to walk to and from the beach and the strip without a struggle. My friends fit just fine and loved the outdoor patio.
