Located in one of the most walkable and fun areas of South Padre Island, you’re steps from the sand and right next to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar (closes early, so no late-night noise). This larger-than-standard unit offers more space, a clean modern interior all tile floors, and easy access to the pool, heated spa, and beach—perfect for couples or small families looking for a simple, beachfront stay.
This is a true beachfront complex—walk out of the building and you are immediately on the sand. You cannot get closer to the water than at International
The unit is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, offering a quieter setting while still being close to everything.
This is a larger corner unit (approx. +120 sq ft vs standard units), giving you more room to spread out compared to most 1-bedroom condos on the island. Largest at International

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachfront condo in SPI. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The balcony gives you a good view of the beach along with a great ocean breeze. The only downside is the site’s pool is a little small (something out of host’s control). I would definitely recommend to others looking for a nice weekend getaway.

Great location! Can see the beach from the balcony and walk out the property back doors to the beach. Across the parking lot is a bar and grill that we got food to go from a few times. Bed very comfortable, and place was immaculately clean. Would definitely return if coming to South Padre!

The place was nice overall. We had difficulty with the entry gate, the code didn't work. We were told it would be taken care of and it never worked. Fortunately another guest gave us their code and it worked. We continued to try the code and it still didn't work.

We really loved the privacy of this place. Beach access was great as well. The only thing was that we only got 4 towels and had to recycle. When we got the check instructions the entry code was wrong but got lucky to get there with another group that had a different entry code so we used theirs instead during the whole stay. Overall, we loved this place.
