The front unit offers a comfortable yet smaller two-bedroom, one-bath layout with a fully
equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, etc, cozy living room, and private front deck. Along with 1 full bathroom.
The rear space features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, another full kitchen also fully equipped and ready to cook, plus a truly spacious living room with exposed beams & vaulted ceiling, and a large deck that is perfect for evening drinks or relaxing after the beach.
Having two kitchens makes meal preparation much easier for larger groups. Whether

day in the sun, everyone has room to spread out without feeling crowded.

Underneath this elevated home on stilts is a shaded gathering area that is perfect for escaping the afternoon heat while still enjoying the island breeze. Please note that use of stairs is required at this home.
Throughout the home you many Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and plenty of
room for everyone to gather or enjoy some quiet time. This layout works especially
well for multi-generational families, multiple couples, or groups who appreciate
having separate spaces while staying together.
As with many original South Padre beach houses, this home has its own personality
and a few quirks that come with age. It has been maintained with comfort in mind
while preserving the classic beach-house feel that many guests specifically come
here to enjoy.
Starter supplies include fresh, clean linens, bath towels, hand towels, basic soaps and
shampoos, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweetener,
and other essentials. These are starter quantities only and are not replenished
during your stay.

This is an authentic South Padre beach house with colorful Caribbean décor, vintage
character, and a location that is hard to beat just ¼ block to the public beach access. This not a complete remodel nor brand new—and that’s exactly why so many guests dig it. If you came down to the Island 20 or even 30 years ago, this is what authenticity feels like. In other words, if you are looking for pristine perfection, this won’t be a fit. If you would like a space with a front & back deck, shaded area under house as well as a backyard to hang in, this is it.
Please note there is no pool here, but it is so very close to the beach it is unlikely you will notice that. While we do not provide a grill, you are allowed to bring a charcoal or gas, we just ask that you please do not bring it up on the decks.

While the home accommodates up to 16 guests, we believe it is most comfortable
for 12–14 guests, and when your group includes children up to 16. We prefer to set
realistic expectations so everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.
PARKING
Four off-street parking spaces are included with your reservation at no additional
charge. A golf cart counts as one vehicle toward the parking limit. Additional public
parking is open on Gulf Blvd but cannot be guaranteed.
PETS
We do allow up to 4 total pets here, at a fee of $75 plus 17% occupancy tax charged after you make the booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture; may not be tied up at property nor left alone to bark; All pet droppings must be picked up or we do have to charge the card on file $250 if found. We are grateful for your consideration
NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in one of South Padre Island s most convenient neighborhoods, you are just a
short stroll from the beach while remaining close to many of the islands favorite
restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and attractions.
Spend your mornings walking to the beach, afternoons enjoying local seafood, and
evenings watching the sunset from one of the nearby restaurants like Wanna Wanna Beach Bar or Blackbeards famous seafood
If your group needs additional accommodations, we would be happy to help coordinate multiple properties located close to this one
High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. While internet service on the
island is generally reliable, occasional outages can occur due to the coastal
environment. If you have critical remote work during your stay, we recommend
bringing a mobile hotspot as backup. We do not provide compensation for internet downtime, sorry

Reduced rates may be available for longer off-season stays (September
15–December 15), active military, veterans, and select qualifying groups. Feel free to

POLICIES
Primary guest must meet the minimum booking age requirement of 23 years of age or older. A signed digital rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required before check-in.
Guests must review and agree to all house rules prior to arrival.
No smoking, parties, or disruptive events are permitted. Quiet hours are enforced to
help maintain a peaceful environment for neighboring residents after 10 pm. We do sexurity patrol this property

When you book this property you receive exclusive access to the entire duplex which includes both the front and rear units. Beneath the elevated home there is a shaded gathering area perfect for escaping the heat. Please note that this home is raised on stilts and requires the use of stairs for access. Whether you are looking to grab a quick coffee, browse local shops, or enjoy a night out, everything you need is just moments from your front door. The neighborhood maintains a relaxed and authentic beach town atmosphere that is perfect for families and groups looking to experience the true spirit of South Padre Island.
Getting Around
Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. We provide four dedicated off street parking spaces for your group, and golf carts are permitted as one of your vehicles. For those arriving by air, the closest major hub is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the house. Public transportation is available via the Island Metro, which offers free shuttle services throughout the island, with stops conveniently located near major attractions and beach access points.
Notes
To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age, or contact us prior to booking if you are between 23 and 25 for potential deposit requirements. Before arrival, you are required to complete a digital rental agreement and provide a copy of your government issued photo identification. Check in begins at 3 pm, and your electronic access code will be sent to your phone on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11 am, at which time we kindly ask that you set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place all dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the outdoor dumpster. This home is elevated on stilts, so please be prepared to use stairs. While we provide a starter supply of essentials like soap, paper towels, and trash bags, these are not replenished during your stay. We allow up to four pets with a fee of 75 dollars plus tax per pet, provided they are not left unattended, kept off furniture, and all waste is cleaned up immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm to respect our neighbors. Please note that smoking and parties are not permitted at this property.
