Welcome to our island home! Ideally located a half block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and golf cart and other rentals. Both the interior and exterior of this home have been carefully thought out for your vacation! Huge pool, patio and pool furniture, and a hammock in the backyard. Plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, new central A/C, and games (pool table, foosball, air hockey/ping pong/dining table) inside the home and the garage game room. Look no further if you are wanting a true eclectic Island experience with a super fun/cool retro vibe! While this is not a brand new remodel, it has been thoughtfully furnished for a large family to gather all under one roof! 3 full levels to create unforgettable family memories while avoiding the “cookie cutter” Crate & Barrel boring decor that all looks the same :) New pool installed as of Jan 2026. The Nuts & Bolts: Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the house too but not unlimited nor restocked For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. We answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week a rare thing for a host Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. This home is located at 108 E Dolphin St on the island. Our property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance. Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle and a max of 4 vehicles are allowed. Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you are not 25 for us to comply with property rules We do offer off season discounts as well as active military, Vet, and tackle football coach discounts. Inquire - we would be happy to assist and host you! While we want you to have fun, this is not a party property and we do security patrol this home at night , FYI. Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age. An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you. Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Check in is 3 pm. While pool can be heated, it does have a charge of $25 per day not included in the pricing. Simply let us know at least 24 hours prior to arrival you desire to have us turn on the heater. Please note: When weather is 60 degrees or less it is unlikely pool will properly heat, FYI. We do require if you choose to heat pool it is turned on for entire stay.
